Your order timeline consists of two separate phases:

1. Processing/Production Time: The time required to manufacture your custom item after payment authorization and order details are confirmed.
2. Shipping Time: The transit time from our production facility to your address.

Estimated timelines for both phases are shown separately at checkout or detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, peak seasons, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or such external events, but we will support you in tracking and resolving shipping issues within what is commercially reasonable.

Shipping costs, options, and service availability may vary by destination and are described in our Shipping Policy.

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellation or modification requests (such as size, color, design, or shipping address updates) can only be processed within a very short window (typically 2 hours) after order placement and before the order enters production. Once an order has entered the production phase, we cannot halt, cancel, or modify it under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submitting an order, including product type, size, color, designs, and shipping address.

Where permitted by our production partners, any exception to these rules is made at our sole discretion and may require additional fees or result in store credit instead of a refund.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for customer-side errors, including but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, selecting the incorrect size, variant, or color, or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit, depending on the specific case and the underlying production or shipping issue. We may also require cooperation with the carrier or production partner to investigate the issue before a resolution is provided.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
