The short version. Ezcustomcar accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your full card information on our servers. All prices are in USD.

Currency & conversion

All transactions on our site are processed in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees beyond Ezcustomcar‘s control.

Secure payment processing

We take payment security seriously. All payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayPal, Stripe).

Payment privacy

We never store your card.

Ezcustomcar does not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Card data flows directly from your browser to the PCI-DSS certified gateway, so we never see your full PAN, CVV, or expiry.

Payment confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. Please ensure your billing and contact information is accurate to avoid any delays.

No confirmation email?

Check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and we will resend.

Failed or declined transactions

If your payment fails or is declined by your card issuer or payment provider, we will notify you immediately. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds on your card, bank account, or PayPal balance.
  • Incorrect billing details such as zip code, CVV, or card number mismatches.
  • International restrictions imposed by some card issuers for security on foreign stores.
  • Anti-fraud flags triggered by unusual locations or VPN usage at checkout.

Please contact your bank or use an alternative payment method to complete your order.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, all orders are subject to fraud screening and verification checks. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that raises suspicion, or request additional information to verify payment details.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you encounter an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact [email protected] first, before filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through our Refund Policy.

Filing without contacting us first

Filing a chargeback before reaching out can delay or complicate the resolution process, and may result in permanent account restrictions.

Billing accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information when making a purchase. It is your responsibility to update your payment and contact details to ensure proper transaction processing.

All applicable taxes and fees (VAT, customs, import duties) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on your location. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
