What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most major credit and debit cards. All transactions go through PayPal and Stripe over SSL.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store full card numbers. Payments are tokenized and processed by PCI-compliant gateways.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, within 4 hours of order placement. Email us with your order number and the changes. After 4 hours, production may have started.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 4 hours, yes, full refund. Between 4 and 24 hours, possibly, with a 90% refund. After production starts, no. Detail: cancellation policy.
How your custom order is made
How long does production take?
Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
Can I preview my custom design before it ships?
For most products, the preview shown at checkout is final. For complex custom artwork, our team emails a digital proof within 1 to 2 business days for approval.
What if I make a typo in my personalization?
Spot it within 4 hours of ordering, email us, we’ll fix it. After production starts, the item ships as ordered and isn’t eligible for a free reprint.
Tracking and timing
How long does shipping take?
Production: 3 to 7 business days. Shipping: 7 to 15 business days in the US, 10 to 20 internationally. Detail: shipping timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 30+ countries. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Also paste it into track your order.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Free replacement for orders lost in transit or arriving damaged. Email with your order number and a photo (for damage) within 7 days of expected delivery.
If something’s wrong on our side
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order with custom personalization, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. We do offer free replacements or refunds for items defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Detail: returns and refunds.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued within 2 business days. The amount appears on your statement in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
