Full refund

Production hasn’t started. Cancel anytime, get 100% back.

4–24 hours

Partial refund

May be possible if production hasn’t started. Up to 90% refund.

After 24 hours

No cancellation

Production has started. Your custom item is already being made.

  • Wrong item, design, or size shipped
  • Visible manufacturing defects
  • Damaged in transit (with unboxing video)

Not eligible

  • Personalization typos confirmed at checkout
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Wash damage or normal wear and tear
