Specs Verification

Our automated system processes your design specifications and sends confirmation directly to your inbox.

Check your Spam/Junk folder if not received. Review accepted Payment Methods.

Design Lock-in Period

24-Hour Window

A brief cooldown window before your design goes to the production floor.

Important: Changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we spark the machines, specs cannot be changed. See our Cancellation Policy.
Phase 2: Garage Crafting

Custom Printing & Tailoring

3 – 5 Bus. Days

Your custom gear is being individually printed, cut, and tailored. We don’t do pre-made bulk – every piece is built to order to match your spec.

Dyno & Quality Inspection

Total 4 – 6 Days

Rigorous quality check before boxing. Every print, alignment, and stitch is verified for quality and accuracy before rolling out.

+1 Business Day: Handed over to our logistics partner.

Phase 3: Out on the Highway

Cruising in Transit

Tracking Active

Your order cleared the garage and has hit the road. A tracking link has been sent to your email so you can monitor its speed.

Customs Pit Stop

Varies by Country

International shipments pass customs inspections. Clearance times depend on destination laws:

  • Asia & Pacific: 1 – 3 business days
  • US, UK, & EU: 2 – 5 business days
  • South America & Others: 7 – 15+ business days
Some regions require tax registration or custom IDs. Check Tax ID Requirements.
Phase 4: Driveway Arrival

Last-Mile Stretch

Handover to local postal carriers (USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Correios…) for the final run to your doorstep.
